Welcome to Real Growth. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of any agency, brand, or client account you connect to the service.
Your account
- One person per account. Don't share credentials.
- Keep your password secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
- You're responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the API rules of any connected platform.
Acceptable use
- No bots, fake accounts, or purchased audiences.
- No spam, harassment, or content that violates a connected platform's policies.
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or attempts to circumvent rate limits.
- No reselling, sublicensing, or white-labeling without a written partnership agreement.
Subscriptions and payment
- Plans are billed monthly in advance.
- A two-day free trial is available on monthly tiers — no card required up front.
- You can cancel any time. We don't pro-rate refunds for partial months.
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice via email.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice except in cases of abuse, fraud, or legal requirement.
Intellectual property
- We own the service, the underlying AI models, the codebase, and the Real Growth brand.
- You own the content you upload and the audience you build.
- You grant us a limited, revocable license to operate the service on your behalf and on behalf of accounts you connect.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee specific follower counts, engagement rates, conversions, or platform behavior. Anyone who guarantees a number is either lying or buying — both end the same way.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Real Growth operates. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and binding arbitration if negotiation fails.
Changes
If we make material changes to these terms, we'll notify you in-app and via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
